As a Senior Maintenance Engineer Electrical (system owner) your accountable for:
Together with your team of Electrical Maintenance Engineers it will be your responsibility to align and prioritize the work orders (corrective and preventive work orders).
It is your responsibility to define and execute the maintenance strategy. This strategy must contribute to growing reliability while seeking a balance with maintenace costs. You are the lead of the electrical asset team and will organize toolbox meetings with internal personal and external parties.

NOTE: Candidates must be willing to live in the area of Leiden, South-Holland, Netherlands (max 45min drive) and hold a valid working permit/EU Visa. Good hybrid working (50/50) possibilities.
You salary depends on education and previous work experience, but will be between € 65k - € 87k gross a year.
