Responsibilities Quality Specialist (temp 6 months)

We are seeking a Quality Specialist on a temporary basis to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of a cross-functional Quality Management System (QMS) within a European headquarters environment. This role focuses on aligning and streamlining processes across regional functions and manufacturing sites, while promoting collaboration and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a streamlined document management system aligned with global standards;

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment of key end-to-end processes;

  • Develop and deliver training modules to promote process awareness and compliance;

  • Map key processes, define responsibilities, and foster cross-functional collaboration;

  • Write and maintain procedures, work instructions, and digital workflows;

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and keep process documentation up to date;

  • Manage and maintain a centralized digital QA document library;

This high-visibility role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and requires strong communication skills, cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to work effectively across functions.

Requirements Quality Specialist (temp 6 months)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in quality and project management of business processes;

  • University degree or higher qualification;

  • Strong hands-on experience in writing, aligning, and managing procedures and processes;

  • Solid knowledge of Quality Assurance systems, particularly ISO 9001:2015;

  • Quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset; 

  • Effective communicator with cross-functional stakeholders; team player with a customer-focused approach and a strong sense of responsibility;

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional international language is a plus.

The offer Quality Specialist (temp 6 months)

Through our agency, you will receive a temporary contract for 6 months (maternity cover). The salary range for this full-time role is between €4,000 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your education and experience. Please note, this position is not available for ZZP’ers.
