The organisation has an exciting and challenging opportunity for the position of Manager Financial Planning & Operations for the region ‘North EMEA’, located in Slough (Great Britain). The key responsibility of this position is to partner and work side by side with Regional Sales and Services Management and their respective management teams by focusing around forecasting, reporting, budgeting, assisting with sales comp plans, commission process, and business process improvements. The focus areas also require alignment with other Regional and EMEA functional areas like finance, customer service, revenue operations, legal and sales operations. Reporting into the Senior Manager EMEA Financial Planning & Operations, it’s expected that he or she is also able to contribute to the overall direction of the EMEA Financial Planning & Operations department.

• Work closely and partner with the Regional Sales and Services Management and their respective management team to help implement and monitor strategic objectives
• Help drive day-to-day operations, provide leadership, direction, and management for daily operations to ensure consistency with company's quarterly/annual business plan.
• Develop, manage, and track budget and forecasting information for the regions. Provide an in-depth analysis of the financials through key performance indicators and financial modeling
• Assist in implementing compensation plans and quota’s, as well as accurate data. Report on performance by close alignment with finance.
• Support management with cost effective recommendations to improve overall operations
• Validate and create performance measures to support business objectives
• Evaluate existing processes and work flows of the operations to determine the most effective and efficient model. Identify, design and implement enhancements where needed.
• Manage quarterly operational review process.
• Liaison with EMEA departments (i.e. finance, customer service, revenue operations, legal and sales operations) for operational execution but also to develop and implement most effective reporting process allowing for consistent flow and continuity of reports

Key Qualifications Financial Manager Planning & Operations- England

• Minimum of 6-8 years generalist finance, accounting and/or business operations management experience in an international environment but also related experience in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment
• University degree preferred in Accounting, Economics and/or Management & Organization
• Wide breadth of knowledge of Software and Services models & business issues and industry trends
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential
• Experience in working with sales automation tools (in example SFDC) and other corporate systems
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point)
• Preferred knowledge or working experience in US GAAP, including Software Revenue Recognition and Sarbanes Oxley
